GWF Youth Leadership Program

The GWF Youth Leadership Program was created to train the next generation, to empower them to lead by example, faithfulness and knowledge.  The leadership program has 3 level, each level is more difficult to achieve than the previous.  

 

L1 Leader Requirements 

1. Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and show the evidence of that relationship. 

2. One year of faithful attendance to GWF

3. Must read the book of John

4. Must pass an exam covering the book of John with a 90% score.

L2 Leader Requirements

1. Must have completed the L1 Requirements

2. 18 Months of faithful attendance to GWF

3. Must read the books of Ephesians, Philippians, Colossians, and 1 & 2 Thessalonians. 

4. Must pass an exam covering these books with a 90% score.

5. Must have served faithfully in a volunteer role in the church for a minimum of 6 months

L3 Leader Requirements 

1. Must have completed L2 Requirements

2. 2 years of faithful attendance to GWF

3. Must Read Genesis, Exodus, and Joshua

4. Must pass an exam covering these books with a 90% score.

5. Must have served faithfully in a volunteer role in the church for a minimum of 9 months
